INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch of broccolini, quartered
- 1 bunch of asparagus, quartered
- 1 carrot, julienne
- 2 Tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp Ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Sugar snap peas
- Add pre-cooked meat of choice
METHOD
- Heat sesame oil
- Add red onion and stir fry for 1 min
- Add broccolini, asparagus and carrot. Stir fry for 1 minute
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sugar snap peas. Stir fry for 1 minute.
